Fu Manchu is back for one last outing. Threatening to freeze the worlds oceans (using opium?!) we find Neyland Smith back on the oriental ones trail. As Fu Manchu kidnaps scientist and doctors to help finalise his evil plans he uses and betrays people at will to consolidate his position and Neyland must hurry to thwart the mad scientist before the world is brought to its knees.
