thheWes Craven brings us a tale of rather silly people taking an ill advised detour. When the Carter family go against local advice and trek off in search of an old silver mine they get stranded in the desert. If this wasn’t bad enough with having a baby with them they soon find that this lonely desolate place isn’t as lonely as they may have hoped. The human wreckage that is the radiation addled locals is hungry and tourist is on the menu….
This 60th episode of the series takes a look at the classic Wes Craven film and as a bonus I’ve added a little bit about the remake, you may be surprised to hear what I think of that.
